Pl issue refund amount to my card account other wise send item reverse
I have returned item on 5th May why because it is not suitable for our kitchen so that's why I returned product till today iwont get my refund amount where it is strucked this is not the procedure once again ismrequesting you kindly give refund

Product is okay. But I feel, after sales cost will be high
Bought this chimney for 6,999 from Amazon. And got installed within 4 days from the registration. The technician advised me to avoid the plastic exhaust pipe which comes with the product. So, I had spent another 1900 for installation and Aluminum exhaust pipe(5M). Suction is good, noise level is okay, but I find baffle filter screwing and unscrewing is kind of a difficult job(Not user friendly). The other thing which I came to know from customer service agent is - for cleaning service, I need to pay 750 to 1500 to the technician. 750 for normal cleaning and 1500 for heavy dust - Got subjective answer from Cust. Service team. Overall, the product cost is low but maintenance cost might go high. So far, I have spent - 9000 on the product.

EXTREMELY SUBSTANDARD QUALITY - GLASS BROKE ON IT'S OWN AND CAUSED INJURIES
I’m writing the review of this product after 6 months of usage. I’ll try to structure my review as product purchase, usage and customer service.I purchased this specific brand because I stay in a rented apartment and there were space constraints due to modular kitchen fittings and only one chimney could suffice the measurements else would’ve gone for global/brands which I’ve used at my own home. Now coming to installation, the company sent a third party fellow to install the product which I did as they instructed me and paid him the installation charges.Chimney was working fine till one day I and my family had gone out on a weekend and upon return we found that the entire glass piece of chimney has shattered and fine glass particles were almost in every corner of the house.The scene was so dangerous that we got multiple cuts on feet and hands but we had to somehow clean it so that we avoid any major injuries to our maids and ourselves too. We are fortunate enough that there was no one in the kitchen or vicinity of chimney, else the glass pieces would have entered eyes, nose and could have caused severe damage.Coming to consumer complaint, I took photos of the incident as soon as I observed the product damage on it’s own and shared it with customer support team. The only response they’ve been giving is glass doesn’t come under warranty and I’ve to pay money. Concern is I don’t want the glass to be replaced, I want the product, shattered and substandard quality product, to be picked up from my place. I’ve been asking them to get me in touch with product quality, marketing team to understand what could have caused this issue and how are they so sure that it might not happen again.I’m more bothered about the people in my house, my family members, cook and maid who are in the vicinity of the product and this shoddy, substandard quality product can cause lethal damage to us.There’s no clear cut escalation matrix and you end up talking to robots who don’t care about the concern but keep on feeding the same words which have been fed to them via rule book. I would clearly urge you to stay away from this product which has no thorough quality check and the glass when breaks on it’s own, can surely cause severe damage.To me this is a clear case of poor installation or substandard quality, to which the customer representatives are not listening to. There's no pet/ rat infestation at my place which could have caused an impact in my absence and also, weather in Mumbai is pleasant (25 degree) and hence, not even a caseof extreme heat.PLEASE DONT PUT YOUR FAMILY AT RISK BY BUYING THIS LOCAL, SUBSTANDARD PRODUCT.
