STAYbowlTip-Proof Ergonomic Pet Bowl for Guinea Pig and Other Small Pets, 1/4-Cup Small Size, Lilac (Purple)

Perfect for my pygmy hedgehog, at home in her cage or when staying somewhere else - they stack compactly for travel. I have one for water and one for food. As described, the bowl holds ~1/4 cup, but the base is wide. When I received it I thought it was way too big, but quickly saw that is exactly why the bowls are very difficult to tip, unlike every other bowl I tried. My hedgie stands on the base while eating, holding it in place. The lip of the bowl is also a good height for her to access the contents. Hedgehog necks are not designed for reaching upward to drink from a water bottle, so this design is excellent and comfortable. My pet is a busybody, slaloming around everything in her cage or play yard, but she never tips over these bowls when pushing past them. The only time they tipped is when she was in a collapsible dog crate on vacation and she burrowed under a towel liner and toppled them. The wide bowl base came in handy - I slip them under the crate bottom rail and now they will not spill even if she does her mole thing - see picture looking downward. Great product design - thanks!

Our guinea pig, Flower, always put her little feet up on the edge of her food bowl while eating, thereby knocking it over. Every. Single. Time. Happy to say that she likes this bowl and she hasn't knocked it over. Easy for her to eat out of. Glad I bought this.

it works perfectly and I had no problems. My guinea pigs are messy and always tip over their bowls, but this bowl made it so that didn't. Also you may think that things might get stuck in the letters but it just comes off if you run water on it.

I ordered this because my 5-week old kittens couldn't reach the bigger cat bowl. They kept knocking over the tupperware bowl and spilling water everywhere. This is stable and they can't knock it over. Be aware it is small but great for a small animal!

“Stay-bowl” “tip proof” FALSE. I filled up my guinea pigs ball, and went to bed and this is how I found it this morning. Obviously, the claim of it being tipped proof is inaccurate. Not to mention the fact that the actual ball part is exceptionally small. It doesn’t hold much food at all. Not even a fourth of cup.

These little bowls are great for our guinea pigs. They are small, but I like that so my daughter doesn't over feed them. One of our spicier guinea pigs got really ticked off because he couldn't tip it over, so I suppose that means it works!

While this is "tip-proof", it is not "spill proof". The bowl is so incredibly shallow, it doesn't hold more than 1/4 of food/water. In attempting to move her bowl, my hedgehog still managed to empty the water & food, just by trying to tip it over. Also, takes up a large amount of floor space in the cage.

Guniea pigs would dig underneath it and tried to flip. Also very small didn’t hold much food. I switched back to their original ceramic bowls and they were happier with them. It was worth a shot.

I have two guinea pigs who love to get that last treat at the bottom, and don't care if the their dish flips over. This one is easy for them to reach, and prevents it from flipping over. On the rare occasion where their collective efforts manages to get this Stay Bowl to wobble, it soon went back to its normal position. No more tipping over (plus the bowl is light and won't hurt my piggies if one day they do manage to flip the thing). Highly recommend it for pets who don't know their own strength :)

Bought for a friend, and I feel like it should work as designed, however his guinea pigs still end up flipping it every now and again. Could potentially be due to cage bedding, but it works better than any other bowl given to them.

The guinea pig I bought this for has a habit of tipping all bowls, and he even managed to get toys under this one to tip it. Such a great game! ;) I have given the bowl to one of my other piggies, and it works extremely well.

Absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend this item! My skinny pig was a major bowl tipper and now he can't and it saves food! Love it!
