If you have sinus issues, sinusitis etc. definitely recommend the “breathe” it should have more reviews!!! As someone who used the Vick’s vapoinhalers for a long time and learned they had addictive qualities I immediately stopped using them. I then moved onto moxi, but for the price I’m paying for this I can move over 10+ inhalers for myself. I will also be using this for my diffuser. As for the other scents, I am not sure. I was neglected by many doctors when I was younger (now an adult) and my nose is semi-permanently inflamed is what it’s been described as. I cannot smell usually, and my nose is very sensitive. Out of all the oils I’ve tried this is the most effective, it’s proof in the essential oils too. If you are looking for something nice to carry around I’d look at getting some little inhaler kit you can put together (20 tubes on here for 9.99) and drop this oil in the bad boy. I think it’s a game changer! I’m going to try another scent soon. But I usually only use oils to breathe haha. This is definitely real essential oils, which on amazon seems to be hard to find! I hope this company gets more attention. And it’s a decent amount too.Update: I’ve had it in one of my homemade inhalers for a few days and it’s still as powerful. As for other brands..I notice the oils tend to wear out after the second day. I’m not sure if it’s because I put more product (more than likely) but still the best brand so far I’ve come across! Thanks UpNature! Can’t wait to get other scents. It makes my room smell so nice in the diffuser, and makes me feel better too.

I ordered the dream blend and the main ingredient is orange which i find very stimulating. Wish i read the ingredients. Wrongly assumed it would be a blend of sleepy oils like chamomile lavender and lemongrass. The orange overpowers it all and keeps me awake. I wonder if I can return it or exchange it. Looks like their calm oil has peppermint which is also very stimulating and not calming at all! I am very disappointed, but it’ll be a fun daytime oil I guess? For night time I would stick to lavender and lemongrass, maybe ylang ylang. I also ordered the breathe one and that one seems good, but this dream one was a no-go for me. Disappointed!! I do have to say, I did love the design of the bottle though with the dropper attaching to the bottle - many other brands don’t, and then you have to keep two caps around. So the bottle was functional, the actual oil, not so much.

I’d give this 10 stars if I could.Bit of my backstory: So! I moved about 6 months ago from Virginia to Idaho. Everyone knows the major difference the humidity has from east cost to mid-western states and oh my. My sinuses was suffferrriinngg and has been ever since I’ve been here. My body has had a difficult time acclimating to the weather and elevation difference. But thank god I stumbled upon this stuff. Immediate change! I’m saved :,)!Result: Amazing! I usually wake up super sneezy and stuffy because of this weather difference. My fiancé pointed out I wasn’t so stuffy the morning after we used it just for one round with our diffuser. I then noticed as well I had woken up just fine, lovely scent in the house! Will definitely purchase again and again. Thank you for making this, I feel so much better in the mornings.

Ive tried alot of different essential oil blends to help me sleep. Most have smelled pretty good and helped, and I've even bought a couple of them more than once, but never found one that really made me want to stop continuing to shop around... until this. The stuff smells absolutely phenomenal and is extraordinarily relaxing. It blows everything else Ive tried out of the water completely. I've found my brand for sure.

Worst oil I’ve purchased yet and I’ve tried a lot. So diluted the smell only last for maybe 30mins and that’s putting in double what they recommend. Also, does nothing for the sinuses. If you want a good sinus related oil, try Plant Therapy kids line of Breathe. It cost more, but as my husband says, you get what you pay for.

I started diffusing this as soon as it came. After about 30 minutes my sinuses started hurting and my head was pounding. I asked my spouse if they were feeling ok and they, too, said they had a headache and sinus pain. I think this product must have other additives to it. I’ve used other brands with no ill side effects, this was my first time using Shield Essential and I am switching back to my normal oil.

Very pleasant virtual scent. I put it in my kids diffusers for when they sleep. They seem to be more relaxed more quickly since we started using this scent. We will be purchasing again.

I love this oil more than I thought. I bought the roller as well. My son rarely sleeps through the night and this has helped him.
