I have neck issues. I have a cervical pillow, but it does not help and every night I have to lay in a certain position or I run the risk of either a tension headache or a full blown migraine(where I cannot function and my day is wasted). It's just no way to live. I got a cervical neck stretcher thingy, that did not work. I decided to take a chance on this pillow. The price was right and it came to my door two days later. The first night I used it, I woke up, no tension headache, no migraine, in-fact there was no pain at all and I ended up sleeping in(which does not happen due to pain and constantly waking up in the night to normally adjust my pillow). I woke up feeling happy, like a normal person. Three nights so far and I have not woken up with a headache! I am so happy with this product! My Husband is happy with this product, because he has seen me wake up with absolutely no pain.What is great and why I think it works, is it has just the right amount of firmness. Too hard and it hurts, to soft and it does not work. This supports my neck perfectly. There is a dip(I wish it was a teeny bit wider) that cradles my neck/spine. Its also not too tall, not to short. Not every pillow is going to work everyones neck, but for the price, I think someone should try it, it's worth checking.

Incredible! Of the myriad of cervical pillows I have tried, this one is by far the best. I’ve been sleeping solid and waking without shoulder pain for the first time in years It’s small enough to pack for travel but substantial and effective. I’ve even brought this on road trips and use it as lumbar support while driving. It’s an excellent choice

It’s a decent little pillow. I’ve learned I apparently need a ton of neck support when I sleep. I had a memory foam pillow for a few years that has gone flat on me and I’m shopping for a different one. This is a good little in between pillow while I shop for a new one. it’s not super firm by any means. But it positions your head back and gently supports your neck. For 15 dollars it’s not bad.

I'm so excited about this pillow. I cannot believe how comfortable, soft yet supportive, this pillow is. Well made! I have constant back pain and I have to be sleeping on my back to keep it aligned. For me, this pillow is a game changer!

I have used this Cervical Neck Pillow for 3 years and it has helped my neck pain. My only disappointment is that you cannot get a replacement pillow case so when the pillow case shreds you have to buy a new one (unless you are handy with a sewing machine).

I'm really surprised this worked so well! I've bought MANY pillows to try and relieve my neck pain. THIS ONE WORKS. It's not comfortable to sleep on your side with it so you'll need a diff pillow next to you for side sleep, but sleeping on your back, this pillow is great!!!!!!

The pillow is nothing like the photo. I thought it would "plump" up after a day or so but it's really just a foam rectangle. The area where your neck should go is barely indented. The image and description are quite deceptive. Because I know this thing will end up in a landfill I won't return it but it's pretty useless.

Every time I get settled in for the night, I say to myself that I need to leave a review for this wonderful cervical pillow! I am finally doing that. I have slept in a recliner for many years and have always used a rolled-up towel to support my neck. It would keep getting un-rolled or my head would slip over to my shoulders. Not so with this cervical pillow. My head and neck stay in the right place. It took a couple of nights to get used it, but I am so glad that I did not give up on it! It has just the right firmness for MY needs! It took a while for me to figure out the right placement to fit my head and neck in the pillow. When I first sit down in my recliner, I place the pillow behind my neck, but when I recline, I push the pillow down against my shoulders and that puts the pillow in the right position to support my head and neck. I AM SO GLAD THAT I BOUGHT THIS CERVICAL PILLOW AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO OTHERS WITH THE NEED FOR HEAD AND NECK SUPPORT! I GIVE IT 5 STARS!
