It realy helps
I am using these patches daily. They work very good, block thoughts about smoking almost completely. Price is reasonable. May cause some skin irritation

They don’t do a thing
If they don’t stick, they don’t work. My patches didn’t stick. Out of the 8-10 I used 7 wouldn’t stay on cuz they didn’t stick. Bummer!

If they expired in 2015 I would say they don't work correctly anymore.
