I like that I can change the firmness on the fly and would buy it again. However, they could make it a 5-star by changing the material they use for the cover. This one is just oo noisy.

So soft.And I like my pillows quite flat, so I got an extra outer case and put two of the pillows in one, and one in the other, and now I have two pillows perfect for me. Obsessed.

The pillow comes with 3 inserts. So I needed 3 pillow covers because the inserts are ridiculously big. Even this way, they are firmer than I like. But comfy enough. If you aren’t used to goose down, you’ll probably like these a lot.

I cannot imagine sleeping on another pillow besides this brand. I was able to adjust the depth with the three inserts - I use two insert and my husband uses three. It is the perfect night's sleep because of this pillow not hurting my neck. I searched a long time for the right pillow. I think I'll be taking it on vacations.

i liked them so much i bought one for myself. along with 2 extra pillow cases so that i could removed 2 of the pillows from the singular case and use them as 2 extra pillows.

These are high quality pillows, and the concept is quite ingenious and very versatile. They come in a really nice padded case that is designed so you can insert one, two, or three of the pillows to achieve your desired you need. I originally used the pillow between my knees after surgery. I later bought two more cases from the same company, and my husband now uses the thinner pillows under his head and under his knees while lying on his back.

Ordered two of these so I could have three pillows from the pillow I bought that has three inserts!

The pillow allows me to pick my height which is perfect. The pillow case is thick so the quills don't poke out. My new favorite pillow.
