I bought this in black for a Renaissance festival, but with the hope that I could also wear it *not* as a costume sometime. It fit the first purpose perfectly; in fact, I saw 3 other women there that day wearing the same dress in different colors. We all added different accessories--corsets, capes, belts-- so we didn't look the same at all, but the dress was flattering on all our bodies. I haven't decided yet whether I'll wear it for real life. It does have a bit of that rustling sound you get with cheap synthetics.

This dress was perfect for a ren faire, but my legs got HOT! I’m always significantly colder than my partner (who wore long linen pants to the faire), and I was way hotter than him despite lifting up the skirt and tucking it into my belt to expose my legs.I’ll definitely still use it again, but it’s not breathable. Thinking about cutting it shorter and using it for Oktoberfest instead. That might help with the overheating

This dress looks beautiful on picture but is very thin and see through.

I love the dress. It looks and feels great. My one issue is that even though I’ve ordered a big size, the elastic at the bottom of the short sleeves feels like it’s not corresponding to the size I ordered and it’s made for someone much smaller. I’m thinking of just taking the elastic out so that it will be as comfortable in the arms as it is everywhere else. Otherwise, it’s beautiful and comfortable enough to wear around the house as elegant loungewear.

Stretch was great and it fit perfectly

So as a shorter person at 5’3” the fit is a bit different than expected. It’s to the floor when I wear flats, but can be clipped up. The elastic is too tight on the skirt portion so instead of having a little flare to it it has almost a mermaid tail sort of shape which is undesirable for me. The elastic is sewn in pretty well so it’s not something I can just clip out a casing and remove unfortunately. Was just expecting simple seams for each tier. Top fits pretty nicely but probably could’ve sized down and felt a bit more secure. Would’ve exchanged for a smaller size if not for missing my return window(adhd tax) so I’ll probably just rework it myself for shiggles.
