I was hesitant to buy the energy one cause there was no reviews & it wasn't on prime & there was no estimated date of arrival. However, I’m really glad I did! It tastes yummy; much better than the sleep one. [maybe a light strawberry flavor?] It came in in about a week. My only complaint about these is that I feel like they run out fast. But for disposable + $20 I think it's worth it. I’m not sure if this actually gives me energies cause I’m always drinking coffee or some type of caffeine.Also, the sleep one REALLY does make me tired.These are just fun to hit & have on hand. I like them & I plan on ordering more.
