Best purchase ever!
Love writing on this wall. They had Idea paint walls at office and that’s the most I missed in the lockdown time. So I made a Idea wall for myself at home. The sheer is the way to go. A few tip I learnt from my experience-1. Remove tape after half an hour of pairing. The paint sets well by then. You are supposed let the wall mature for a week but don’t let the painters tape sit for a week. It could get hardened with paint and leave extra for you.2. Make sure you clean the drip from the bottom. It can go unnoticed because it’s transparent. It can be visible later.3. There is a bit more extra paint than required for the surface. You can add 1-2ft. Extra if needed. You can’t save the extra paint for later.4. Get the starter kit with idea markers and cleaner. It helps to keep the quality and have a new wall every time you write.

Better and easier than expected
Very high quality and easy to paint. If you’re like me and have zero DIY skills (I need instructions to change a lightbulb), be afraid not. Just follow the instructions carefully and you’ll be fine. The toughest part was letting it cure for a week. I had this urge to paint on my new slick dry erase wall, but was able to stay disciplined and the results are outstanding.

Quality product worth the price
So far so good. Easy to use and coverage is exactly what is indicated on the instructions. I was advised to add an additional few days to the drying/curing as well. The wall cleans easily. It's expensive but generally you get what you pay for.

This product is junk
This has been a horrible experience. Neither Idea Paint or Amazon want to help. I have over $900 into these paint kits and it is JUNK. Amazon advised me to send the damaged product back then the next day told me they couldn’t take it back and that I should reach out to the manufacturer. Talked with Steve at Idea Paint who told me I applied it wrong though I have previously applied this product the same way and had no problems. Obviously they have changed the formula but don’t want to admit they did anything wrong, even the rollers are different. I only bought this product thru Amazon because of the price and belief they would stand behind the purchase. This product is junk DO NOT BUY and you might want to re-evaluate your comfort level with Amazon. I only gave it 1 star because they won’t let me leave 0 stars
