This product was recommended to me by my hair stylist. I love it! My hair loves it! Thee end! I have thick, high density, course hair with multiple textures throughout and my hair really like this conditioner. I can only use a little and with water it spreads like crazy! Normally a conditioner bottle will last only one month (I wash once a week), but this lasts so long because even with my big head and lion mane I can use a little and it goes a long way. Love it! No longer using anything else!
