HP Elite 8200 SFF Desktop PC - Intel Core i5-2400 3.1GHz 16GB 2TB DVDRW Windows 10 Professional (Renewed)

I bought an HP Elite 8200 SFF from Titan ITAD, Inc. to be my main home computer.The item arrived one day early. I was impressed with the packaging and the care that the seller took to ensure that there would be no damage. When I took the HP Elite out of the custom-made bubble-wrap, I was sure that the PC was NEW and not "refurbished." There was absolutely no dust or dirt inside of the case. Hooking up the HP was routine and from the beginning, its operation has been flawless. I certainly recommend making a purchase from Titan ITAD, Inc. If you do, I hope you will be as satisfied as I am. .

I received this unit a couple of weeks ago and so far so very excellent as described.I will advice that, those who have problems with speed and others, should take their time and get all the updates and settings done correctly and they enjoy the unit so well.Thanks KLAMP

PC runs fairly well, but the processor sounds extremely noisy like there's a little hamster running in a pinwheel doing all the work. Plus, I recently made the switch from Windows 8 to Windows 10 and it keeps popping up notifications such as "the graphic card has disconnected" while I surf the web. The seller also failed to include the DVD-RW drive that I paid for and had to ship it out separately. I guess you get what you paid for. Additionally, I'm also not a big fan of Cortana when I need to do a general search on my computer. It seems to direct you to website and apps only.

I am very pleased with my computer. I have the speed and dependability I wanted!!

I brought this device with the sole purpose of having an extended work station. HP offers no customer support for this without a $40 charge. I got a VGA spliter, it will only duplicate. I spent 5 hours going through settings and looking for online help it is impossible. I am extremely upset and will be demanding my money back. It is ridiculous that this device cannot support extended desktops.

The computer showed signs a fire in the back, and if it sat idle for more than 10 min it would turn off and give an error code that it was overheating.

This was a very good PC for the price! Even now I am using it to surf Amazon, Bing, Google, CNN, and everything. I love my computer...

High quality Intel processor, great 16 GB RAM. Low quality hard drive, flaky USB and at least 1 video issue. Mouse and keyboard for half of the purchased systems were bad. On a budget, all of this is acceptable.
