Excellent Products
I wanted to try something to help relieve stress. With a busy schedule at work and always on the go, I like that you can wear these patches at any time. I usually wear mine on my wrist! I love lavender and it’s been super helpful for me :)

I LOVE these
This is the first product I've used from Breatherapy Aromatherapy. I'm not terribly knowledgeable about different blends and their effects, but I have used essential oils making my own skincare so I'm not a total novice. I am prone to migraines and shy away from synthetic and overly strong fragrances. I once tried a lava stone product that was supposed to hold and release the aroma of essential oils, but it didn't work very well. These tabs are like an updated for 2022 version of that. I was a bit confused when I opened the package, but once I picked a spot just below my collarbone to place this I fell in love. Throughout the day I caught mood-lifting whiffs of beautifully blended fragrance without any irritation or headache symptoms. Sure, it's not aesthetically pleasing, which I imagine wouldn't be a hard fix, but that doesn't really bother me for some reason. I didn't experience any staining on my clothing. My hair didn't even catch on or stick to the edges. The only delta for me is the price, at $3 per tab these are out of reach for me for daily use but would be well worth it for a special day or when I'm in need of a boost and they could also make a lovely gift for someone who appreciates essential oils and aromatherapy.

I love these!
I figure they're a couple bucks each one, so I save them for a time when I really need help with energy or focus. I wouldn't spend the money if they didn't work so well. The scent last for a long time and you can stick it to your shirt or on your skin. It's never irritated me and adhesive usually does. These are beautiful blends that work!

Not that effective, one overpowering, expensive, DO NOT stick it on your clothing
I am fond of essential oils and natural remedies and therapies. This is why I gave this a try. There's 2 of each patch in the 4 combinations, for a total of 8 patches. The idea of patches was intriguing too since one can take these and use them on the go, at work, or anywhere in your home; not like having a single room being used for an essential oil. The instructions say to put these on your clothing or your skin, near your nose. I ended up placing them on my sternum (chest bone) and found the best location was at about the breast line. There's 4 combinations:Relax/sleep in lavender and Roman chamomile scentsRenew/happiness in lemon eucalyptus, grapefruit, and ylang ylang lemon scentsRestore/breathe in eucalyptus radiata, peppermint, and baby laurel scentsRelax/calm in lavender, palmarosa, frankincense, and sweet orange scentsThe relax/sleep patches were overwhelming. I tried moving them down farther from my nose to no avail. I found that I would get a strong whiff of it too often and it would wake me up when I was about to doze off. I did not really feel that they were helpful in relaxing me or making me sleepy to begin with either. The renew/happiness patches did not really make me feel renewed or happy. The lemon scents were most prominent and I felt like I had just dusted wherever I went in my house with Lemon Pledge. It was pleasant, but that was all. I also knew that I had not actually just dusted, but the smell was there. The restore/breathe patches helped slightly with my sinuses and the eucalyptus scent was the most prominent there. It was not very strong, so it was not overpowering. It was actually not very noticeable. The relax/calm patches were barely noticeable. The lavender was probably the most noticeable scent. This was the first patch I tried since I had a particularly bad day and these were on the doorstep when I got home. The patch did not relax me or calm me at all.The first patch I tried, I placed on my shirt. Since I was having trouble detecting the scents, I opted to try moving it to my skin, closer to my nose and so the heat of my body might promote the scent more. The patch left a VERY STICKY residue on my shirt and I had to end up spraying Goo Gone on the shirt to remove the residue. It came off easily with Goo Gone, but I still recommend the skin placement unless you want to deal with the sticky residue. These do remove from your skin pretty easily and I had no problems with them falling off, even hours past the time I put them on. The scent will be gone before they just fall off on their own. Guys, these will pull hairs if placed over the hair on your chest/other places.$23.99 for 8 of these patches is pricey, especially for no better than they worked, for me anyway.

Disappointed
These do not smell good. I've used a ton of different kinds of aromatherapy and these either use low quality scents or they have gone bad. Happiness says it should be "lemon eucalyptus, grapefruit, ylang ylang, lemon" but to me it only smelled like citronella it felt like I was wearing really strong bug spray. I also tried the sleep blend and it smelled like it had gone bad maybe? The idea behind this is really cool and easy to use but for the price I could make something better with the oils I already have.
