This will not insert into 1 1/3 drain

Does NOT fit any sink. Doesn't fit mine or my sisters or dad, so NOT standard like advertized.
They look great and all but do NOT fit into the basin of anyone I have tried. I DID measure like it said, says nothing about the inside of the drain where it won't fit. There IS NO return?

Lack of info
While it gave the dimension of the drain it would fit it did not give the dimension of the surrounding disc and that was way to big and prevented me from being able to use. Returned the item.
