Great item

Really great product after undergoing double jaw surgery. My one main issue is the absolutely pointless bar between the mouth and nose. It doesn't hold and real amount liquid so doesn't cool and the mouth gap is too small which wouldn't have been an issue otherwise. Makes it less comfortable to wear. Either make it so it has a function or remove. Item stays cool for long enough after putting in the freezer. Doesn't feel cold enough on the soft size so put blue side against skin. Purchased two so I can alternate between.

Does the job my son just had surgery on his mouth , I brought two so we can have one in the fridge and one for him to use he has found that wearing them has eased his pain they are comfortable to wear and extremely easy to use compared to the £120 the hospital wanted to charge for basically the same thing these are a bargain

Doesn't fit your face properly once chilled. The inside layer is a soft material layer which usually would be great as it feels comfortable however it stops you feeling any coldness coming through the mask. DOESN'T WORK

this hardens a lot when frozen and it's not cold enough when just refrigerated. it is soft but bulky to use, plus the liquid is not equally dispersed so you need to tweak the model to make smaller chambers that do not let the liquid accumulate in one side of the mask...

Very cooling love the effect even if not permanent

Great mask at a great price, the straps keep the mask in place really well and it cooks the face down just as it says. I purchased this for helping with face swelling after a procedure and it defo helped. It comes in a pouch with instructions, my only improvement that I can think of (and it’s very small) is the paper that the instructions come on has a marble effect background so for a second you think the product has leaked - maybe worth changing! All in all I would purchase again.

Lovely and comfy

I have severe headaches with intense facial neuropathy , it was indeed very nice to get this mask my previous one was hopeless (way too tight) although the frost is still painful initially, but after a little while that disappears and it does it's job very nicely.

Encaja bien, la parte anterior de la máscara (la que se apoya en la cara) viene con un material distinto a la otra cara, el que no se apoya a la cara... enfría.. pero no dura mucho.. serán unos 3 minutos y hay que volver a poner en el frigo. Encaja muy bien en la cara y las tiras de sujeción hacen que al ajustar bien refresque bien todo tu rostro, pero la duración es escasa.. yo la he usado en sus dos lados por que sino se tarda mas en enfriar que en su uso. El material es de primera calidad.

Super masque vous pouvez le mettre au congélateur vous le laissez 10 minutes avant de le mettre dans votre visage donc vous avez un soin visage bien froid qui diminue vos pores et qui vous enlève vos poches ou vous pouvez faire de temps en temps l'inverse chauffer à micro-ondes en ne laissant pas longtemps minimum 3 a 4 minutes et que vous mettez dans votre visage et laisser reposer vous allez avoir un visage épanouie ça élimine vos poches ça traite en même temps votre peau en ayant une brillance et vous terminez avec une crème hydratante
