SOLARAY Once Daily Active Man Multivitamin, 90 VegCaps

I was a little suspicious of multi-vitamins because I wasn't sure about the dosages and whether or not they actually met the daily needs for my body. Wow - this one completely surprised me though. It's a bit personal, but I used to have canker sores in my mouth like nobody's business and NO MATTER WHAT I could never get rid of them and they were excruciating, making eating, brushing my teeth or even kissing my wife a total nightmare (not good). Short of figuring out what causes them, this supplement handles them and keeps them from coming back. I think it's the iron, ferratin and B12, but I don't know for sure. All I know is that when I take it, they clear up within a few days and if I stop taking it, they come back. It's been a total life saver! Finally, something that WORKS!!! Other than that, the capsules are easy to swallow and don't hurt my stomach when I take them with a meal. I took it on an empty stomach once and had some discomfort, but it wasn't the end of the world. They don't smell and I do feel more energized and healthy overall when I take it. This company is third-party tested so I know I'm not getting other junk in it that aren't real vitamins. I think the price is fair and if it keeps my mouth out of pain, I'm willing to pay for that. I highly recommend and put it on subscription so I never have to worry about forgetting it.

This is a good way to get vitamins D & K, as well as B-vitamins and some trace minerals. You should take additional C and use an iron-free multi-mineral (although don't overdo it on Calcium, as more recent research suggests the recommended daily intake of calcium is probably too high; I barely get half the recommended dose and have no issues with bone density). Most of the other stuff is added in quantities that are too small to make a real difference. I think these are added just to pad out the label and help them compete with other multivitamins doing the same thing. As such, I don't really fault them for doing it, but you can pretty much ignore a lot of the stuff listed in the ingredients. Other things you should probably supplement in addition to what's contained here are vitamins D & K, unless you eat a lot of greens and get a fair amount of sun. Research suggests that optimal vitamin D intake is somewhere around 2000 IU, which works out to 50 mcg (double the amount in this supplement). I don't take it all at one meal. Vitamin D is best paired with K.

Just started taking these for a week. I CAN FEEL IT! I have taken so many different multivitamins but have never had one make me feel better to start the day. I do eat before taking this which I am sure helps and adds ease to my stomach. They do have a smell so taking it while eating allows for that aspect to not affect me. I will say these are a great value, I've had vitamins cost so much more and not do anything for me so I think I have found my go to.

On an empty stomach I actually get a little nausiated feeling when using. Seems OK, though that seems odd in regards to digestive effect. I do like the ingredients I think.

They smell fresh and I feel more energetic and healthy when I take them regularly. They are easy to swallow since they are a capsule. These are my favorite multivitamin I've tried several.

I keep alternating between two Multivitamins. Solaray's Active Man Multi has a clean effect on my physiology as well as my cognitive function. I get moderate energy from it though out the day. The other one I alternate this with is Alive's Men Daily Ultra Multi, which is a bit stronger with more nutrients in it. In my experience, these are very clean and effective multivitamins for Men. Solaray Active Man is an informed choice for me (so is Natures Way's ALIVE). These 2 are a must for active Men as they cover all the required bases and then some. I also use other great products from Solaray as it is one of the few quality conscious companies out there.
