Love this product. Watched a review by an African America dermatologist that recommends this sunscreen. A little goes a long way. My advise...apply 10-15 before leaving the house. Can be utilized as a make-up foundation primer. Light weight and absorbs rather quickly.

I started using the mineral version of this sunscreen instead of the chemical one since I got pregnant and I like it just as much. I use a little less than 1 fingers length of product and it covers my whole face. I don’t find it to be super moisturizing so I would definitely use it over moisturizer (which you should with sunscreen anyways) but it rubs in very smoothly and never pills. It’s easy to apply make up over it as well. It has never left a white cast for me but I’m already pretty pale so I’m not sure how it would do on dark skin. It never makes me break out which is great because a lot of other sunscreens do.

It’s a small bottle of mineral sunscreen. If you use the recommended amount on your face every single day this will last you maybe six weeks. I’m estimating, as I won’t be finding out.Like I said, mineral SPF. Meaning a physical block, not a chemical one that sinks into the skin.You’re never going to find a non-nano one that feels like lightweight lotion and leaves no trace on your skin. (But there are better options than this!) I’m sorry to be so blunt and negative but honesty is the best policy right?I really hope so.

I wanted a face sunscreen that wasn't super thick and that didn't leave my skin white like so many zinc based sunscreens do. I like this one a lot and use it daily! It blends in really well (note I'm fair skinned) and leaves my face ready for makeup application. I go through it quickly with daily use, so I do wish the price point was a bit lower.

I bought this for a trip where I needed a mineral based sunscreen. I use supergoop’s regular unseen sunscreen daily. This left a white cast, as expected with mineral sunscreens, and wasn’t as smooth as the regular version. I’d look for a different option in the future.

I was using the Super Goop Unseen sunscreen but switched over to a mineral sunscreen as advised by my dermatologist. It is a good product but it does leave a slight cast on my deep complexion. It’s not something that lingers but dissolves in a small amount of time. It blends well under makeup. I have used it as a primer and it doesn’t weigh my skin down. I would’ve given this five stars BUT for the cast. In terms of protection for AA skin type, I think this mineral screen is one of the better ones out there. I toggle between this and Elta based on pricing/better deal.
