Well made no issues
Used to put a 5.3 in a 1973 Buick century - GM a body. Fits well. Did not need to make any modifications, it does include an oil filter adapter for a later filter. Includes new hardware, gasket, and o-ring. The stock filter for the 2002 Tahoe my engine came out of did not fit, but I just switched the filter adapter from my 2002 engine on it so it now takes standard early Vortec oil filters.Ended up using the stock truck dipstick, 5 quarts in this pan rides a little higher than the fill mark on the factory dipstick.

Awesome fit.
We used this oil pan on the LS motor we were put in our '71 Chevelle. Looks good and the clearance was great.

Not bad for the price.
This is a review of the 302-3, purchased for a LY6 swap into a '72 Nova.Packaging: Surprisingly goodCasting quality: About the same as a factory PanCasting Thickness: About the same as a factory pan, I didn't notice any thin spotsThreads: Typical quality, I'd chase everything with a fresh bolt or a tap. Of course use loctite on the important bolts and sealant on the side plugs.Pan Rail, Seems nice and thick, bolt holes all line upPan Rail flatness, Finish looks nice but mine wasn't perfectly flatOil Filter housing machine work: Not great. Under the bypass plate, One of the holes was drilled slightly lower than the other, enough that the gasket overlaps it (will still seal fine). One of the holes was drilled the correct size of .5" and the other was drilled about .030" smaller. There is also quite a bit of restriction in those passages that is pretty easy to fix with a carbide burr. If you get this pan, take a close look at that area.Pickup Tube: Overall not bad, but mine was out of round where it enters the oil pump. I was able to fix that easy enough.Baffle Plate: didn't quite fit right, needed slight modification but bonus points for being super shiny. It's $250 cheaper than the Holley pan for a reason, but If you don't mind a little finish work then it seems to be a solid option.

Just buy the real Holly pan
2 separate oil leaks due to a holes in the casting. Jb weld slowed them down but every time a look there’s a new puddle from the small holes in the side of the hole pan. Didn’t see them before installing engine, and due to no clearance to k member I can’t replace pan without lifting or pulling engine again. Not worth the little money I saved with this import version of the 302-3. Just get the real Holly pan

Looks just like Holley
So far so good; comes with everything shown. Needed to make some mods to the full length windage tray that came in my LY5 and everything fits. I’ll let y’all know if I make it down the road. Going in a 79 Monte Carlo.Update: It’s been a few months now and everything is running good great. Didn’t realize it had two oil fittings for single or twin turbo set ups or supercharger. Pan fits in place and it sits high than the trans pan.

Had to modify the pan to clear the pick up tube
Its a decent quality oil pan. Had a couple clearance issues. There is one boss on the pan I had to grind down (plenty of meat there) to clear the supplied pick up tube. I also had to modify the sump tray for my lokar dipstick. Other then that it seems to be a quality pan kit.
