These would have been fine EXCEPT the design lacked a pin at the pivot point, simply two plastic pieces for each battery terminal clamps, with a 1mm plastic molded nipple on one piece of each clamp and a 1mm pit molded into the other half of the plastic terminal clamps. When squeezed to expand the clamps to clip to the battery, the whole clips would fall apart! It would have cost them 2 pennies to correct this issue, but they neglected it! I was able to put the clamps together (again) and drill a 1/8" hole at their connecting point and put a small cotter pin through to make them usable. They have designed an all-time new low for safety and quality when dealing high amperage electric connections. If you are a do-it-yourselfer, and can take the time to improve the clamps, it may be worth your while. But if you want to be able to use them reliably, just buy something a tiny bit better. These really are junk!

I have to admit. I did not think these replacement cables would work on my MiniMax charger but they did and it works Great. Cant say enough about them. I originally bought them for Infinity Light Jump Starter in case i needed a replacement Cable. To my surprise they worked on both. Great buy. My suggestion is to go out and buy these cables in case your original cables break ( I lost my spring) Could not find a replacement anywhere. Saw them on Amazon and took a chance. You wont be sorry. Now I have two Jump Starter power Banks. that i can use in both of my cars. Get your replacement NOW.

I was counting my air compressors and jump starters today. I got enough of each to carry a backup for longer trips. I don’t want to caught off-guard by a dying battery or tire that is getting low on pressure. The cable/clamps that come with the starters are okay, but having a battery with higher capacity like a BMW’s requires every bit of the power to start it. To that end, I have made it a point to replace the cable/clamps for each one. These cables are a bit more robust in build, so I feel that the full current is being supplied with this one as well. Better to be proactive than reactive!

Neg and Pos wire leads are not of equal length; the negative shorter than the positive. Original had both of a decent longer length. Plug has to perfectly in line to fit properly. Hope it works once hookup.
