I like everything about this product and I also use it for working out twice a day.

I hadn't really worked out seriously in probably 15 years since I was in college. So when I started working out again, the world of supplements and pre workouts were kind of foreign to me. I ended up seeing a sample pack of eflow pop up on facebook and decided to give it a try. The protein was good, but I already had a lot of protein. However, what really stood out to me was the BCAA. I dont drink caffeine so pre-workout is something I avoid, but reading about BCAA it was to help give some energy during workouts and help muscle recovery/growth. So I tried the samples and really loved them from the first time I used them. During my workout, I got a nice boost of energy and felt like I could go harder than normal. Not as much as a pre workout, but a noticeable bit for me. Then, after the workout, I wasn't really that sore and I still felt great. So I used the samples and bought two jars of the mix and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone. I definitely see some improvement in my muscle gain and I continue to feel good after using it. It tastes pretty good and isn't chalky or powdery. And if its too strong for you, you can always just add some water. I'll definitely keep getting it in the future.

the tartness of this bcaa overpowers the flavor. if u put taste/tartness aside, this fine product to buy working out

I've been lifting for a few years now, and during that time i've experimented with a variety of BCAAs from many companies. I had a brand that I used religiously for a good year straight before I, by chance, received a free sample of eFlow's BCAAs and immediately switched! I bought the Raging Rocket Pop flavor and here are a few takeaways that I've come up with since using it:1) The flavor is absolutely amazing. People aren't joking when they say "this tastes like my childhood" the flavor replicates the popsicle flavor SO well.2) I'm super impressed that they're using a mixture of BCAAs and EAAs in this blend. For those who do their research, they'll understand how important that is for muscle growth and recovery, and a lot of brands i've used in the past only included the "Big 3" and failed to include any EAAs. Therefore, eFlow: Great job!3) Days when I use these BCAAs I notice that I fatigue a lot less toward the end of my lifts, and notice a significant decrease in soreness in the days that follow compared to just drinking water.All in all, if you're debating whether or not to buy these, just stop debating and buy them already. I'll for sure be a return customer, and so will you.

I've been hitting the gym pretty hard, and while I've been worn out from it, I've not been THAT worn out from it. I'd like to think that's because my body is a temple but that's a lie. I think there's some validity to this stuff and it's ability to help your body recover and be ready to go again.

Good taste, but pretty upset I paid extra for the melon flavor and got the gummy bear flavor. The packaging sticker on top says it's melon, but the actual packaging by EFlow clearly says gummy bear which is what it is. Wouldn't have been a big deal regularly, but I paid extra for the melon flavor. So that's very upsetting

Great product. Taste just like the icy bomb pop when I was a kid. Has a slight grainy texture when you get to the bottom of the shaker, but just keep adding water and it never gets like that. So far I’ve had the icy pop bcaa, I take the ninja nerd enrage for pre workout which also tastes amazing. Tastes just like purple nerds. It keeps me pumped for my workout. Lastly I take the encinerate for my thermogenic. Just started today so will update after a few weeks. So far eFlow has been amazing. They also sent me samples for bcaa and preworkout. Can’t wait to try the other flavors. The next product I will try is the PM night time fat burner. Super excited. Thanks eFlow! You’re my go to for the future of this lifter.

Endure is the best product that I have purchase for my BCAA/ Amino Acids. I was actually introduce to this product by a coworker. He gave me a small sample of the Rocket Pop pre workout, which I really liked. I went on Amazon and purchase both the Rocket Pop and The Endure Gummy Bear. I can tell you I do not regret my decision of purchasing this two products. Endure has really helped me increase my strength and stamina. I usually consume Endure while I workout and it just gives me that little bit of energy to push one more. I am very satisfied with this product and will continue to purchase it. I am excited to try out their new flavors. Warrior Gummy Bear is amazing it has an AMAZING flavor.
