it looks like it was working for the first week, but it changed my haircolor to dark brown ( my hair is normally black with salt mixed in...more salt on the sides... I was fine with the color on top and the back, but the sides turned orange...and it wasn't subtle....I had to get a haircut to remove the color...and haven't used the product since...I plan on returning it

Went from all white in some areas to more of a salt and pepper in 3 weeks-still using it. I don't understand the negative reviews. This is working well for me- people complained about getting the shampoo out- i just twisted the top off-simple solution.Also an added benefit to this daily use is my hair-what little i have- is soft like baby's hair- so the shampoo isn't drying my scalp like pretty much all shampoos do. My wife wants one now, too because she likes the results and wants this for her. Leave in for 6 mins their wtob website says.This should come with a simple piece of paper with instructions though-wet hair- apply small amount- rub in with finger tips- leave on for 5 mins-rinse-repeat next day-stop when results are good enough

This product simply doesn’t work as they claim! It does not return hair to natural color or reduce grey. When you contact their customer service they make up all kinds of bogus excuses as to why it didn’t work. They claim you need to keep using the product for 90 days to get the full effect. Then when it still doesn’t work they refuse to honor their your money back guarantee because it’s past 30 days. Total bait and switch! Stay away from this product at all costs!!
