The wood quality was good. All panels were treated wood and round edged. Instalation instructions were clear. The video on it was very helpful. There was a wrong item sent, but the issue was rectified promptly and the correct item received in 2 days. Painted the panels before installation with weather shield paint. Mainly the areas that will not be accessible.The screws could have been provided sorted according to size, but they were mixed, which was a bit inconvenient. Purchased the base that goes along with this made installation easy.

I received a call straight after ordering to arrange the delivery , well secured pallet delivered as arranged , the driver was very friendly and helpful, it was put together by two people and it took most of a day to finish, it looks good. The glass looks as it can break easily and some bit split when drilled other than that all good.

Going to start this review with the bad first.I ordered the 12x8 version with an Apex roof and they delivered it with a pent roof, not a good start?The majority of the parts were made well but there were also lots of poorly assembled part, i.e. Badly fitting and incredibly badly nailed together, looked like they were made by an stroppy teenager late on a Friday afternoon?I ditched the zinc coated handle, what a piece of rubbish!That's all that's from stopping it from getting 5 stars?Now the good.It arrives in a very compact manner on a pallet, in the order that you need to construct it and very protected.This building is so easy to build! I put this together on my own over two days in a fair breeze with no difficulty at all.It being in 4 foot wide parts gives great varied construction , you really can have it as you like?The parts that were well made, were well made and the door and glazed panels were perfect, most of the solid wood panels were good with only one or two badly nailed., I made good the bad parts!We also decided to keep the pent roof as the summer house backed onto our large shed which also has a pent roof, we put the summer house roof on back to front (it is fully customisable) hence making a slight apex roof between the shed and the summer house which worked out fine.When I contacted the company about their mistake with the style of roof and the shoddily made parts, they were quick to offer the correct roof and to replace the bad parts, they also said that they would use the photos I sent for quality control and have a chat with the logistics supervisor about the wrong roof , of which I was happy with.Apart from the roof being wrong and the badly made parts, I would still recommend Power sheds to my friends and family as on the whole it is a very good out building well made and should last a long time?

So this summer house was left out in the garden for approx 1 year before we finally got to erect it. It’s definitely a 2 man job to put up this summer house, but my son and daughter-in-law managed, (little bit of DIY knowledge between them) a few little problems along the way, but as you can see, nothing that can’t be overcome. My advice is to watch all the power shed videos before putting the shed/summer house together. It’s extremely well made, screws together nicely, great quality. Highly recommend. Tools required; drill to pre-drill holes proir to screwing together, screwdriver, saw (for trimming decorative end pieces) hammer (for nailing down roof felt), good quality knife or carpet scissors (to trim roofing felt) and ladders.All in all took 3 days in the record breaking temperatures that we’ve just had (August 2022).This is the 2nd Power Shed I’ve purchased the previous being 8ft x 6ft pent shed. Well worth the money. Cannot fault the build quality of both buildings! Both are excellent!

Delivered really quickly, even to us on a Hebridean Island. All bits present, all fitted together, and now looks great. I was sceptical about the roofing felt really being any better than normal, but actually it is very strong and easy to cut and fit. I hope we will still have it after the winter winds, but that really is our issue, not a problem with the summerhouse.

I put the basic structure together with a little help from a friend, then I did the rest,I have insulatated it, and have made it my relaxing space.
