If it lasts through 2 Arizona's summers, then yes it will meet all of my expectations. As of now the company and the product, looks like it will do just that. Well-made product and a Company that does stand up for their products.

nice quality. We put it up few days before the event. At first, I was concerned it will be blown away or snap when it got too windy. Then, it got rained on for 2 days. It still stayed firm. We tied it snug to the posts so it stayed secure even with strong wind gust. We used wire cable to connect the 4 corners to the post.

Not very easy to install, but I'd assume this task would be beyond skills of 30% of people anyways considering you have to be pretty handy already. All things considered uts not hard to install. Great quality and lets throught enough to not build up weight of water or wind. Tints the sun light quite a bit, cooling the underside by a comfortable amount.

Ended up buying two of these. Went to the beach and was looking at pop up tents priced and $120 ish. I purchased two of these at $35 each and had some poles laying around. Drilled holes in the sand with another item purchased from Amazon and was able to have a 12x40 area shaded. Worked great. Everyone was commenting on the setup. It took about 10 min tops to install the whole setup with 2 people. I made it so you could adjust the string as the sun moved. Awesome product.

Nice item other than becomes wrinkled up if not hung just right but definitely keeps the leaves from falling in our pool
