I add yogurt to my cereals and I think that helps to soften the flakes. I get it is not for everyone. But, I like the boost of protein without a lot of sugar. It will stay part of my routine. A: My husband really likes this cereal, it’s high protein content but the price is insane so we are not ordering it any longer. Costco used to carry it, still expensive but not this bad.

A: Because you get 4 times the cereal. A 9oz box is $6-8. This is a 30oz box.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The best protein cereal out there

I tried both mixed berry and chocolate, I definitely prefer the chocolate one especially if I'm adding some unflavored whey protein too it. The mixed berry one is far less flavorful and also is more crunchy than the chocolate. Always use milk and allow the cereal to soak for a couple minutes unless you don't mind it super crunchy and hard. I wish it didn't have any added sugars but 4g is not bad. I do appreciate the use of stevia instead of sugar or sucralose. The almonds provide more nutrients too which is nice and a little extra flavor. It is also far cheaper than any other protein cereal too. I've been having this cereal for over a year now every single day for breakfast, I first chop a banana up in my bowl, add 1 cup of cereal, the around 10g of unflavored whey protein concentrate, then 1 cup of milk to make a 38g protein bowl of cereal to start the day. I do recommend the chocolate over mixed berry any day, unless you don't like chocolate...
