Q: what is the door depth as my QSC plx amps need 1 and 3/4 inch clearence from the rack mounts of the RU 21. Will the doors close?

not sure I did not need doors but just call them and ask ,

Q: How thick is the steel?

The steel is reasonably thick. I drilled a 1 1/2 inch hole in the top of the rack and permanently mounted a 32-inch monitor on a VIVO rack. No wobbling or bending of the monitor on the rack at all.

Q: Need heavy duty pull out racks that fit the STRK-M30U ?

Hello, We sell the STSF-2U14 which is a vented rack shelf, but it cannot be pulled out as it is stationary. We sell 2U,3U,4U drawers that may intertest you (STRD-2D, STRD-3D, STRD-4D).

Q: What tools are needed to assemble?

As I remember, I assembled it mainly with a #2 Phillips Screwdriver and maybe a socket wrench.
