This really helped with the epidural pain the day of and after the child was born. Following birth, this helped with the midline pain as the stretched fascia from diastolic recti slowly came back together. Velcro is strong and works well. Material is a little scratchy. Easy to put on and take off. However, it can be a little loud when taking off due to the strong velcro. It tends to ride up if I'm using it for my lower abdomen/suprapubic area or while sitting down due to my hips being wider than my belly.
