I have loved this product and recommended it to friends. I'm sorry to say it isn't working after 18months . The Led lights not turning on. Maybe need a new cord??? The customer service and warranty are not great. I shouldn't have to buy one every 18 months!

After using this product for more than 3 months, I have to say that I honestly can tell a huge difference in energy, pain relief and even with some weight control. I use it daily and can feel the difference if I miss! The product was shipped quickly, packaged carefully and offers a good quality. I did have a small issue with the lights but customer service quickly and efficiently handled it the issue for me. I am very pleased with this product and company and will purchase from them again. And I have not been asked to leave this review, but after the high quality customer service, I wanted to sing their praises.

The highest setting doesn’t work

I used it daily for about a week before my wedding and saw immediate result resulting in 2+ inches lost on my waist and hips. Won't be without it. Also, customer service was excellent when my cord went bad and was glitching, I received a replacement unit immediately.

Pretty sure I fractured my arm and this made the horrible pain go away after a week of using it. I am also using it on a sprained ankle and think I would be in much more pain if I wasn’t using it. So happy with this purchase. I tell everyone who will listen or try it for themselves and they are all so surprised IT WORKS!

Reduced my back pain. Got one for my husband to use for his Chronic pain. He said it’s helps. My two sisters has now ordered and both agree it helps them with pain relief. Great product

I used this around my abdomen for a month and did not notice any difference for weight loss. I will not that I have used professional infrared light and they were much stronger lights.This was great for muscle soreness after working out. It doesn't help as much for deeper, chronic pain.If you suffer from delayed muscle soreness after exercise this helps a ton.Easy to use. The timer feature is great.

The belt is plenty big enough and works fine...BUT..there is a strobe function that the manual doesn't explain... the seller can't be contacted and Amazon has no further information.However I have other similar items(DPL flex)and this belt is superior in every way.I still highly recommend it.UPDATE:I have nothing but good results.. for example I wrapped it around my chest and my decades long breathing difficulty significantly improved.. arthritis pain diminished ..and belly fat is reduced.. I continue to highly recommend it
