This custom built PC was ready to go straight out of the box. I bought this PC for 3D modeling/rendering + gaming and it has exceeded all of my expectations.The case used with this build is very aesthetic and robust. Everything feels strong, well made and the tempered glass allows for an awesome design without sacrificing strength. Everything within is installed perfectly ergonomic and the cable management is excellent.The AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 3.70GHz Processor really shows in its amazing performance. It’s just as capable with single-threaded tasks as it is with multi-threaded ones and it’s top notch IPC performance and efficiency cannot be beat.The GPU that comes with this build is a GeForce RTX 3070, 8GB GDDR6 PCIe 4.0, DirectX 12, VR Ready, G-SYNC. It’s quiet and cool, great for 1440p gaming, and has solid ray tracing performance. The RTX 3070 is about 30% faster than the RTX 2070 Super and about 40% faster than the AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT. The 3070 is a beast and allows me to enjoy my favorite games at the highest graphical settings. I am 100% satisfied with this builds graphical performance.The 1TB PCIe SSD (Solid State Drive) and 1TB HDD (Hard Disk Drive) on this build is everything I could ever need in terms of storage space. In addition, the SSD allows for super fast load times, reliability, and efficiency. This build also comes with 16GB of ram, making everything run nice and smooth especially during multi-tasking or intensive memory work such as photoshop, video editing, 3D rendering, when dealing with very large files.This is an awesome build and I absolutely recommend it to anyone in the market for something with power, capability, and reliability.

I've only been playing on this PC for a day, so take that in mind with this review. I'll update it after I've had significant time with it. So far, I'm very happy with it. Everything came exactly as advertised and functions 100%. The build quality is nice, I haven't noticed any sketchy work. I've only played Apex Legends so far and at 1440P, I'm running 143fps and the thing is staying super cool. I'll add a list of hardware I for sure know it has. This PC doesn't even break a sweat. I really couldn't be happier with my purchase. I just did the free upgrade to Windows 11 and that's working great. I haven't had a single issue with the PC.

Works great right out of the box, looks nice. Side maintenance panel arrangement is slightly awkward to open, but the overall computer is plug and play with good price for its stats. Will update if anything comes up.

Poor customer support. Received it and the fans were turning on and off. Fixed it on my own. The fan power plug was barely hanging on.Then it starts overheating. Thermal paste was bone dry, fixed that.. the. Kept over heating, wonky attachment to the CPU, the cooling system is garbage. Now its not even working. Not sure if its worth taking it somewhere to repair. Barely used it, got it in January for my birthday.. complete junk. I wish i can launch it back at them. Lost money trading stocks from over heating and couldnt get out of a trade or execute a ore planned trade from all the over heating and shutting down.$2,500 down the drain… i hope karma gets them back!Garbage!

Gotta say this is a great pc! Everything works good and fast , been playing warzone on a 1440p monitor averaging anywhere from 150-200+ FPS. I would recommend this pc to anyone who likes gaming.

I normally build my own gaming PCs but I decided to make an exception thanks to part costs. I purchased the version with an RTX 3070. I won't deny the power of the build, as all of the games I played through so far were flawless, even with ultra settings enabled. However, after two months of use, I started getting blue screens of death and I found that it was the AIO CPU cooler, which has a 120mm radiator with a cooling fan. Initially, I reapplied the thermal paste (a much better brand) because I also discovered that it was done poorly and that the previous paste was most likely the stock paste, but that fix only lasted for a few days and the temperature issues persisted. I ended up purchasing a better quality AIO with a 240mm radiator and a new PC case, as the case that used for the prebuild only has room for a 120 or 140mm radiator... How they thought that a powerhouse such as the Ryzen 9 5900X can be adequately cooled with a measly 120mm AIO is beyond me.

I’ve had this PC for a little bit and it is working very well. It is meeting all the benchmarks it should be reaching and is more than enough to play any game, especially on ultra settings 1440p.
