The waist is a good fit, but the thigh portions are very snug. As soon as you put something in your pockets, they become a lot less comfortable. They seem to be holding up to working in them, so the quality is there, I just wish they were a looser fit.

Nice looking carpenter shorts. The fabric is comfortable & feels good. Enough stretch to make them good for all day wear. Waistband is positioned well.

Keep looking. These fit ok and are comfortable with all the pockets and loops, but every pair I bought in the last year has ripped at a pocket, seam or loop. if you actually work in these pants find something more durable.
