I would not recommend this product for people with high blood pressure. You probably went by either use it anyways one thing, though it is just simply delicious add flavor to soups, salads, meats, vegetables, beans, whatever

BEST THING SINCE SLICED BREAD
This seasoning is amazing- if you like fish, chicken, salmon-this seasoning will change your life. Look up blackening chicken, fish..etc recipes on youtube & find new ways to use this seasoning. Even though there are other blacken seasoning on the market , I tried many of them- Phillips was the BEST..

Secret ingredient
REALLY good on salmon. Just pat the salmon dry, put on a thin layer of mayonnaise, top with this and salt-free Mrs. Dash.
