BariatricPal Multivitamin ONE 1 per Day! Bariatric Multivitamin Chewable & Iron-Free - Orange Citrus (30 Count)

I bought these vitamins becuz I had the bariatric bypass surgery. I bought gummies vitamins to make it easier to get down after surgery. When my hair started falling out in clumps, I contacted others who had my surgery and my dietitian and they all told me that I had a vitamin deficiency. My dietitian said they gummies weren't enough and suggested I get an actual bariatric vitamin, which I promptly did! I also had hair down to my waist and I got it cut up to my neck. Anything NOT to go bald. I was also told of another product to get that would help, which was a shampoo that I got off of Amazon also. I noticed, upon doing all three, my hair stopped falling out and looks healthier! I hated cutting my hair off but it stopped what could have been heartbreaking for me!!! My dietitian said that it's possible I go completely bald but I'd get my hair back fairly quickly!!! That did not make me feel better! I'm just glad that my vitamin deficiency is getting under control and I'm feeling healthier! BTW...I've lost 80 lbs since July 7!

I'm not sure if these are just too strong for me (I'm 4 days out of sleeve surgery) I took this when I finished my protein shake. Within 20 minutes nausea started and then the dry heaving. It was horrible and hurt like hell! I may give these another shot after I'm further out from surgery, but definitely not for someone who is in the early days of recovery. I have a pretty iron stomach - I haven't had any nausea or trouble keeping down water or protein - so I know this vitamin doesn't work for me (right now). I'd keep looking for a chewable you need right after surgery -- this isn't it.

It was the taste. It leaves an after taste in your mouth. Will not order again.

They taste horrible. All you can taste is the chalky vitamins in it, and it leaves an endless after taste. They are also really big. To me it’s a big waste of money, simply because they are so hard to consume.

Tasted good, price is reasonable, and meet my nutritional needs.

Flavor itself is not bad at first but there is an aftertaste that will prevent me from purchasing this product again. Disappointed because I like the vitamin potencies. They need to work on this aftertaste.
