When bought for the first time, the 6 key wasn't working properly. So, I sent it back. They took very little time to send me a new one. The new one work like a charm To be honest, this keyboard is even better than the original keyboard given by Dell. Good product. Can trust. The packaging was also very good. the whole keyboard was wrapped in bubble wrap and put in a box which was then wrapped in bubble wrap. it is correctly priced and works well. Does the job properly.

प्राइस के हिसाब से ठीक है बट क्वालिटी उतना अच्छा नहीं । जैसे आप कोई लेटर टाइप करेंगे तो पूरा कीबोर्ड हिलेगा मतलब फिटिंग अच्छी नहीं बैठेगा आपके लैपटॉप पर । बाकी आप चलावोगे तो खुद ही समझ आ जायेगा

not good typing experience but does the job as a cheap replacement

This keyboard is a very good and buttons are very soft and it is just like the original keyboard of my Dell Latitude 3450 laptop (14 inch). Earlier i purchased keyboard for my this laptop from local market But the quality of that keyboard was very bad and the buttons were not responsive at all. But This product is excellent and it has no issues at all. All buttons are highly responsive and there is no lag and the typing quality is as good as like original keyboard. If you are making a decision to buy keyboard for dell latitude 3450 model then i would highly recommend to purchase this one. You will not Regret anyway rather you would be very happy. Thanks to the vendor for providing such an excellent product for my laptop.
