Anne KleinWomen's Classic Double Breasted Coat

PLEASE BE AWARE!!! I got a fake jacket!! It’s cheap looking and it’s not the real Anne Klein jacket. The name tag is fake! I got the real one from Macy’s and if you do get this jacket go to Macy’s and compare and look at the tags. I returned this mess the next day!!

I ordered this coat under my husband's account. Not only was the Medium WAY too large ( I am 5'7", 140 lbs), it fit more like an XL, but the jacket is VERY USED (looks like it had been worn for years by someone else else, which it had been). The wool was completely pilled and when I stuck my hands in the pockets, the previous owners trash and used items were still in the pockets! Disgusting! There was an old mitten, a cap from a water bottle, and a bunch of hair binders in the pockets. This seller should be removed from Amazon for this fraudulent advertising/selling. They are selling VERY USED/WORN OUT coats as new and likely they are not even Anne Klein brand.

I ordered an XS (since the reviews said to go down a size) and it's a little big, but it fits nicely. I am 5'5, 117 lbs. This jacket is really cute. I would have given it a higher rating, but it's a total knock off! The Anne Klein tag is fake and crooked. The buttons and threads are loose. Also, Macy's is selling it for cheaper for a bona fide Anna Klein jacket so I am going to order on Macy's instead and return this one. Such a disappointment!!

I really like this coat. Shipping was quick, which was nice because i needed it for a trip to Philadephia, and it arrived the night before I left. It kept me fairly warm in the 35 degree weather, so that was nice. My only complaint is the sizing. Mine is an XS, the smallest they have, and it's still a little too big. I am 5'3 and 120lbs. It's also a little long, but that's mostly because I am short, so can't complain too much there. It works for what I wanted it, I just wish it was slightly more fitted.

I read some other reviews of sizes being too big, etc, but that was not my experience. I am a size 4-6 (5'6", 130lbs) and bought a small and it's perfect. It's also shaped even better than I think it shows in the picture. Plus, I have worn it now at 17 degrees and was pleasantly surprised how warm it is (didn't really buy it for cold,cold weather). But it is majority wool, so that's nice.

I have no complaints about this coat. I am 5’5 and 165lbs with a 38 D chest. I ordered a Large and it fits me perfectly, in the chest waist and thighs. The material is a little rough/coarse, but not to the point of being uncomfortable. It covers my rear and hangs to mid- thigh which I love, The camel color is attractive, it’s thick and warm, especially if you’re wearing a sweater. It looks great when I dress up and have on business attire and when I’m wearing jeans or leggings. I had it dry cleaned the day that I received it in the mail because it was a little wrinkled from the packaging, but that was just my preference. I like it so much that I plan on buying another.

I am 5'5" and my measurements are 36-29-38. According to the size chart, the right size for me is M, but I used TrueFit to find my best size on another website, and it suggested S, so that's what I bought. If I didn't have such broad shoulders, I could easily have fit into an XS. This coat is cut VERY generously. Do not use the size chart on this page to figure out the right size. Go to the Macy's website, use the TrueFit tool, and then consider sizing it down even one more size. I could wear three layers of clothing underneath the S and still have room for Thanksgiving dinner.The color is beautiful, and the construction is sturdy, but the texture of the wool blend is pretty itchy. I expected it to be softer.

The coat is lovely. I really like the red lining with the charcoal color. Love the double breasted front. Improvements recommended are:1. make it with polyester as stated in the description. It says it is 100% polyester and washable, however as others point out in their reviews it is 59% wool and must be dry cleaned.2. enhance the back with a pseudo-belt - NOT a belt that fastens in the front, just the cross piece of material that implies a belt and creates an "A" shape.The sleeves are roomy enough to wear layers under it, such as a sweatshirt or sweater - living in California this is critical. The length is perfect to cover those tunic tops - I am 5'10' and it hits me mid thigh. Have searched and searched for all the features listed, style and fabric just do not exist together. After searching for months, this coat is the best I've found out there.

Loved it.Perfect fall Jacket.Not to heavy and not too thin.And that red is a good kind of red.I brought XS.

I am an XL, 5'8 and 200 lbs. It fits like I was born in it and shapes my hourglass very well.

Heavy and thick material, and true to size - no need to size up unless you want a looser fit.If you are petite/short, the sleeves will be long and will give the arms a scrunched up look. The fabric is too thick to fold the cuffs so you either need to tailor it or have the arms look like a bendy straw. The fit is a bit flared, I was hoping for a straight cut.It’s warm and will do nice for autumn and a dry winter but not my favorite purchase.

It was well made, but I have to returned it as it wasn’t new, it has a fly ticket and a dirty paper tissue inside the right pocket and it fits smaller than true size.
