Can you operate two independently of each other?

Didn’t get a chance to operate two at a time. But it might be a bit difficult to operate two at a time unless there is a noticeable distance between the two.

If I remember, he is about 10 or 11 inches

What to do remote has new batteries and everything. It was gift so cant return it

I didn’t understand the question, but the toy is perfect gift for a 3-6y old kid. My son enjoyed this gift very much and he plays with this all the time.

Why won’t it turn off? My son isn’t touching the remote and it keeps moving and such.

That I do not know. You may want to ask toy maker.
