I used this as a cover for new grass seed. It is so much better than what I bought at the garden center. It is more finely cut which made it easier to distribute. It also stayed in place on the bank during wind and rain. I'm not very strong but the package size was easy to handle. Good product!

I love that it came in a package that was very durable. my strawberry's love them and it helps to retain moisture for them with their growth, which is nice. very affordable and performs very well, I haven't ran into any seeds so that is a nice as well.

The amount provided is just perfect for a seasons worth of backyard gardening when used as a cover for your raised beds and pots. It is pretty effective at protecting the soil from weeds and keeping moisture in for the plants.

Easy to use. No mold or rot. Def has seeds in it bec each pot that had the straw grew long grasses. Was easy to pull out but I imagine would be a pain if you were covering extensive portions of land with the hay.

Very pleased with this product. Easy to use and transport - the bag comes with a handle!!! I would highly recommend for anyone needing a small amount of hay. I used mine to cover newly planted grass in a small area.

Just want I need to finish my small grow bags. The bag was small enough to be ship to my house so convenient

This straw is the perfect cut, use this to mix with my composted soil for my potatoes and use it to cover my garlic and asparagus through the winter. It held up very well and didn't break down so quickly that my plants became vulnerable to the winter freeze. This year going to also add it to the bedding for Parsnips so that they can remain in the ground throughout the winter. This product is a great value.

I used this to line some boxes as insulation for cat shelters. Very easy to use and efficient. Good value for money.
