Worked for a year, then died
Bought this a year ago. Just now went out. I would’ve hoped it would last longer.

It works
Worked for my 2017 Ford fiesta. Easy to do but you will need a T 20 torx for the screw. I'm a female and did it in 20 minutes. It's in a tight area but can be done.

Got all 4 speeds on the blower working again.
This is an OEM replacement for 2015 Fiesta, it probably works on other model years so be sure to cross-reference. Please note it is for models WITHOUT the automatic climate control/dual zone option. This bad boy is kind of a pain to get to but you'll find it on the passenger side of the console up underneath a panel that removes. You kind of need to attack this one by feel so don't give up. I had only blower speeds 3 & 4 for a while and then only 4 was working; small wonder because upon removal of the old unit it was completely blown apart.

Deceptive
Was sent what seems to be a lower quality product. The one in the picture looks high quality but another seller on Amazon sells the same thing but it looks low quality but for a few dollars less. I suspect this seller is buying that lower quality resistor using a picture of a high quality OEM resistor to get you to pay more for what seems to be a better product.

Broke after 3 months
Broke after 3 months. Hopefully the new one lasts longer. Will update.Mar 2024 update: after about 4 months, the next one also failed. In search of a higher quality replacement.

Problem Solved
This part is identical to the OEM part that I replaced on my 2014 Ford Fiesta - I would strongly argue that this is created in the exact same factory. Took me about 10 mins to swap out the faulty part - just have your Torx bits handy.Mar 2024 Update: OK, so it has lasted 5 years, and now it is broken again. I guess time to replace it again...

Works perfect on my 2015 Ford fiesta, plug and play
Fits great, works great! Had it installed in less than 10 minutes and I am a women with absolutely no car repair experience. AC and heat now blow at all the speeds, not just full blast. 🙌
