Works great for arthritic knee

This works well on sore muscles to get the blood flowing for better recovery. This is incredibly quiet and easy to handle. Great storage box and package beautifully. MOST pleased.

Bought this as we had tried a cheap knock off, and were told this was top of the line. Got the item got it all charged up, and started using it. It felt great for the whole five minutes it worked. Smoke started coming out of the gun, there was the smell of burnt plastic and it went dead. Wanted to just get a replacement but they did not offer that, now I get to pay for shipping to send it back on something that never worked for me.

It seems to hold charges long enough for my use. My biggest gripe is the on/off control. I still don’t quite get it and just keep jabbing it until it starts to work. It can be frustrating at times. At first I thought it was broken. The charger has very small lights on it and it took a long time for it to even light up red or green. I am used to chargers indicating red or green immediately. It is heavy feeling at 2.2 pounds( 1 kilogram), especially it you are trying to massage hard to get at areas.There was no instruction manual or even a little sheet explaining it. I guess they thought it was intuitive.At the higher levels, I found it did the job on my leg in just a few minutes. Too long and my skin would begin to itch from the motion.

My order did not arrive and I called them to send me another one. Costumer service was very helpful. Finally, I got my hydragun and it works wonderful. My wife and I loves it. Thank you.

Great product! Very quiet considering the amount or power it has! I love all the different attachment heads it comes with. Holds charge well and has a nice case to keep it all in.

Battery stopped holding a charge after only 7 months. Thus rendering the unit useless. This was despite following the charging instructions to the letter. At this price point I was hoping for a longer life out of the product.
