Best umeboshi from a tube that I have tried so far.
Surprisingly authentic umeboshi flavor with a good kick of heat from the cayenne. It has a much brighter color than traditional pastes you find in tubs. This seems to be because of the inclusion of beetroot powder according to the ingredients list. Nonetheless, it's great as a new twist on ume shiso maki!

Definitely would buy again
This is delicious. The seller was so kind to send a couple sample tubes of curry and harissa which were delicious and adorable (the samples look like mini tubes of toothpaste or lip balm).

All of the EnTube tube pastes live up to their promise: ingredients, quality, utility...make a difference in soups, stews, bean dips, etc. Definitely worth trying. I use all four.

This stuff is so yummy
If you don't know what this is read about it first. It's supposed to be super salty, that's what it is. Salty, sour and delicious.

tangy baby tangy!
This paste is wonderful. It compliments so many different dishes. I had it at a friend's house (who is a chef), she served it with sardines and arugula... it was mouth exploding! I took a photo of it so to be able to order.... mouth wateringly good.
