Excellent customer support and reliable products.
I am using many amicisence products like Under over voltage protection, Digital Meter and RCCB / SPD. All the products are very good in quality, accuracy and reliability. I am sharing my live experiences with the team amicikart. My RCCB indicator light was not working so called customer support. Customer support staff arranged to pickup my product and intimated course of actions and time frame. I wanted to replace/ repair my product within a day or two so I visited amicikart office at Noida Sector 58 on 15 Jan 24. Team amicikart replaced my Product within few minutes with Warm Welcome, warm Water and Hot Coffee. Thankyou team amicikart. Great work....... keep it up.

Generic Replacements for Branded Goods
"Great products until something goes wrong. Beware: if you use the warranty, AMICIKART replaces their branded items with cheap, local alternatives. You won't get the same quality back. Very misleading service!"

Not fast tripping
amicart request me to give the review. This RCBO is not more sensitive my other 64amp mcb trip before tripping this RCBO.I also used othe rccb and mcb tripping time is very short and fast.so I request you to amicismart please make some improvement in this device. I also used many amismart device all are good but this one is not successful and trusted.

Installed today. So far quality looks good for the price. Tripping works well not sure about SPD as it hasn’t any parameters for that. (Will update review if anything pops up)
