Review: Nothing wrong with this - Works great as advertised. Comes with a lot of cards and tags and double sided tape pads which were great for setting it up. I bought 2 and I am happy.

**Q: Installed this and used it for a month then it suddenly stopped working. Now my cabinet is locked and I can’t open it. How on’t open all of a sudden.**
A: So what happened ?  This is a huge concern of my customers. She is scared it will permanently lock. One already did and I had usb power hooked up to it. Luckily the adjacent door opened so I could unscrew the dead one

**Q: The 3.5mm connector (to usb) was super fickle and only worked if pulled out 2mm. Can I cut it off and solder the wires together safely? Otherwise grea**
A: I never used this aspect, but I don’t see why I wouldn’t work, it did seem flimsy though.

**Q: What is the diameter of the location icon?**
A: It is about 25mm ( 0.98 inch).

**Q: How do I unlock it if the battery goes dead**
A: It states in the description it will automatically unlock when battery goes dead.

Hi Im not sure that I have recieved the exact item I purchased, I payed $85.00, for what I wanted and saw this exact same item for $29.00 on your website, I ordered the more expensive one, and to be honest this lock is pretty flimsy and not made from sturdy materials for what I want to lock away, so I dont think its the model that I actually purchased
