They must have been talking about a bracket from some other source. These brackets (I bought two) fit my Honda 2200iTAG and 2200iTAG1 generators perfectly. They were easy to install and look good.When I opened the box, a tiny card measuring perhaps 2x2" shared some ultra-brief instructions and a QR code I used to open an install video. The install video was not made by the maker of the bracket but a video some other purchaser had posted to YouTube. I did not expect that.The instruction card and the video both said to remove from the inside of the bracket two short strips of black padded tape. I did not do this. I left the strips in place because I thought the strips would help avoid any rattle in the bracket that might happen when I ran the generator.
