Badly and sketchily written.
I suppose as a quick read and introduction to the topic this might have some merit but I hated this book. It was badly written and full of mistakes which made it hard to even understand at times. It honestly felt like it had been translated by a computer, the grammar was so clunky. It also mixed up words like 'root' and 'route', which did confuse, but even worse was mixing up 'adrenal' and 'kidney', which for me was downright discombobulating. Also, it would give a short list of maybe a couple of changes you could make, or it gave you the first few questions of a checklist you should go through to see if you have adrenal fatigue. Altogether then it was far too sketchy and clumsily written to be of any serious use, and felt like it might have been a hastily adapted essay originally written by a student nutritionist. If you're serious, look elsewhere.

Poorly edited
I wondered whether the author was writing in a second language as the syntax, grammar and spelling were all quite odd. I could see the author was sincere in his belief that what he was advising was accurate but it lost much of the message due to the disorganised way in which it was written. Having said that, I shall attempt to follow some of the guidance given.
