Nice Fans
I used this exhaust fan to replace the ultra-cheapo and inadequate fans that were originally contractor installed into my home's 2 bathrooms. The original fans worked marginally for a few years, but had become woefully inadequate insofar as keeping condensation out of the baths when someone would take a shower. Since these fans were larger than the previous fans, I had to enlarge the ceiling opening by abut an inch on 2 sides. That was messy, but not too difficult with a handheld holesaw. Use of goggles is advised. Because of changes that had to be made with electrical connections and exhaust tubing, I had to gain attic access. Getting to where the fans were located, putting down plywood and lying on my stomach was the hardest part, especially since I'm in my 70's now. That's a story for another day. All said and done, the fans are quieter and move significantly more air than the previous fans. The mirrors no longer fog up and water doesn't drip down the walls any longer. I hope they work well for a long time, because I'm not going up there again.

Good quality, easy install, could be a little quieter
It’s fine for the money, if I had to do it over again I probably would’ve purchased a namebrand. Louder than other ones I’ve put in with the same rating. Move the air and as well built, however. If budget completely controls the purchase then go ahead and get it. It won’t disappoint but if you can afford another $50 and you care about sound go for it.

Great Replacement and Easy to Install
I wasn’t sure whether to order this fan or just go to Home Depot and pick up a replacement, but my daughter suggested I give this one a try. I’m glad I did. She installed it, and it works great. The 110 CFM airflow is powerful and noticeably better than my old fan. Just make sure you measure your existing opening before ordering. Mine was about an inch different on one side, but we were able to make it work. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

Easy Installation!!! Saved me on an ALMOST impossible job. No attic at all!!!!!
This fan really saved me so I wanted to write a review to share my experience. I previously had a 70CFM 6.0 sone fan with a 3" exhaust in the bathroom that would never properly vent the steam from the bathroom. It was also installed so far down in the corner that it was not accessible from the attic. The 1st problem was to get the old fan out with out going in the attic. I used a crowbar to stretch the metal where it was screwed to the wood. Then the old fan came out easy. I had to enlarge the hole since this fan is bigger. Then it easily mounts with 3 screws. The only problem left was reducing the 4" duct to fit my 3". I know it is best to change whole vent hose to 4" but again that was not an option since it is in such a small area in the attic. Some people have had trouble finding an adapter to fit but I found one...https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08JVG4J85/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1 It fit right in the fan duct and still allows the damper to operate...then I could use foil tape to secure it. Perfect Install!!!! It is not completely silent but it is way quieter then my old 6 sone fan. It provides just enough background ambient fan noise. This is a life saver for anybody that cant get in the attic but wants to upgrade their ventilation.

Not Sure About This
The fan seems to work, but not as good as expected. I replaced a 50 CFM exhaust fan with this in hope to reduce bathroom condensation. I haven’t seen an improvement.

Excellent Upgrade, Easy Install
What a great fan. I replaced my 35 year original 3" tiny fart fan with this one. What a difference. Install wasn't very difficult but i did have to use an extra screw as a wedge for the power wire cover to quiet it down. With that one screw, it is near silent.

Bathroom fans don’t have to be a source of noise pollution
Easy to install in old work situation with no attic access. Quiet you only hear the sound of the sur being sucked in. Old Broan fan was rated 110cfm and 4.0 sonnes. This unit moves more air effectively mirror doesn’t fog up at all since it’s been installed. Smart design with a flange around the edge of the unit to effectively seal off the room unlike broan/ nutone products on the market today. Designed more like a Panasonic at half the cost.

A bit noisy
But it is to spec as it does say it is not the quietest one. But it does a great job.

Great little fan, minor issues to deal with...
Firstly: toss the damper, it's useless. Get an exhaust hood with a built in damper that actually forms a seal to prevent back drafts. Second, you will have to upgrade your 3" ducting to 4" or else you will hear a raspy wind noise when the fan runs, as another reviewer noted. Mine did it too but now it's much quieter with the 4" duct. I can't upload more than 1 video so you get the fixed, quiet one. Third: the cover that comes with this fan is too small to properly fit around the metal flange of the fan housing that sits tight against the ceiling. So the cover sits against the flange and there is a gap between the cover and the ceiling. Other than that, the fan moves a decent amount of air, is quieter than the old crappy fans that drew way too much current and were way too loud, and it is also a decent price point compared to similar products.
