I have tried a lot of hair clay products, and this is one of the few with that nice tug to it when you put it in your hair. I have medium length hair, so it works relatively well. I have a hard time finding the right texture I like with the hold and matte finish. This fits the bill really well. Although not perfect, it does give me everything I am looking for. As the title says, it dries quick, so you better be ready to get your hair in place. Other than that, the hold is strong, it lasts all day and the finish is matte. I like that it is not greasy and that you can set your hair and then not have to worry about it all day. It comes in a large size which will last me at least 2 months if not longer. Well worth what I paid. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So far my favorite *by Y***R on Reviewed in the United States on May 13, 2017* I have a lot of thick heavy hair that gets wavy as it grows longer....This clay goes in smooth when your hair is damp. It definitely gives you a matte finish, lower shine. I have noticed the more damp your hair is, more of a shine you will achieve (this higher shine won't last all day tho) but it's not like other pomades with that super high shine. For me, it is the perfect amount of a healthy shine in a product.You can also feel it hardening as you style which doesn't give you a lot of time to style BUT I like that because other hair products tend to take awhile before they dry and set and by then you have already stepped away from the mirror.The hold is definitely up to par and will last you all day and maybe into the next depending on how much product you use. You can reactivate the product with a touch of water in your palms and you are ready for a mid to late day restyling. Running your hands thru your hair after styling can be difficult but with this very high hold that is expected.Another reason why I like this product is because it is a water based clay pomade. It rinses out with ease and does not dry out your hair after a shower.Lastly, this product does not have an overpowering scent to it. Like other products I have used, this is tamed and you will not smell it off your own head.
