Initially I installed the Moen Eco Flow without this and it did not provide enough coverage because my water outlet is low in my shower. With this installed it looks great and the combination performs flawlessly. Easy install for any competent person. Shower arm puts the water one foot above my head and the Moen Eco Flow head brings off about 4 or 5 inches. So it is about 8 inches above y head, I am 5'8".Works well with a shower rack because of the fact that it cannot slip off.Would buy again.

Website description is very lacking about what these clamps are and aren't intended for. They're too large to fit on copper pipes of the appropriate internal diameter, but they're sized to fit over thicker walled galvanized pipes.

The copper on my spigot busted due to freeze. I slapped this thing on and it has lasted me about 8 months. I would highly recommend this product for a short/medium length fix. It saved me 550 bucks on a plumber and allowed me to fix the problem myself. I am very impressed with this product.

The nut was not in the package. Package didnt have holes. Probably missed it at packing.

I'm replacing my kitchen floor - down to the joists. One thing that had to be removed was an old icemaker water line, which involved a saddle T valve on the main water line. I figured I'd just get a clamp of this kind, and cover and seal the small hole made by the saddle T valve. When I had access to the water line (an open kitchen floor), I placed this clamp on the pipe to cover the hole. As I tightened the one bolt, it seemed like the clamp wasn't closing evenly. I also worried that the sealing material seemed thin and not that soft. When I turned on the main valve, the water shot out everywhere. I tried adjusting the position of the clamp, but it just wouldn't seal. I ended up cutting out the offending piece of pipe, and doing a proper soldering job with fittings. I'm 68, and have sworn to never crawl around under my house again. And this from a guy who 35 years ago completely re-piped his house with copper without a leak.

Well-made but didn't fit my 1 1/2-inch pipe. It is too large.

The concept is OK but the shape of strap is not fit the tube/pipe well. It's shape like V instead of U or 3/4 round to wrap around the tube.
