Nice product but needs quite specific conditions to fit
Product is good, seems a quality rubber, well made, easy to cut to size. It has a fairly large floor span which is good.I had issues as my garage already has a slight step and the concrete isn't perfectly smooth, this makes it very difficult to fix the strip down as the bond provided takes 24 hours to cure, so you need to put pressure all over to keep it down. I imagine the garage door and gravity will do this on a level floor, but not so easy of its uneven. It's also worth considering that the strip arrives curled up in a roll, as makes sense for delivery, but keep in mind this will need unrolling and leaving to straighten over time. If you try to fit it immediately it will keep trying to curl up and won't fit properly.

Does exactly as advertised.
Stopped a year long leak into my workshop where other brands have failed before. The supplied adhesive is very good quality - give it a warm before hand in hot water to make it a bit less viscous - and stuck to a concrete flooring very well. One tip I found worked is to push the nozzle into the floor, smearing the adhesive as you go into a D shape - the flat being on the floor - rather than just laying out a bead and expecting it to stick. This made it much better and the rubber guard stuck to the floor easily.

Fairly easy to lay - only a couple of things to note:1) Measure the gap between your door and the floor - as it states, it only seals gaps up to 13mm. For larger gaps you need to use a brush/seal on attached to the door (along side this, if you like)2) You need a sealant gun (eg Everbuild SG310 310ml Professional Sealant Gun ) to lay the glue. Kind of obvious when you look at the pack contents, but I missed it and had to pop to the shops... Everbuild SG310 310ml Professional Sealant Gun

Stop that rubbish from coming in...
A simple solution to stop water/dust and general rubbish from entering underneath your garage door. Took a whole of 30mins to install. As well as lathering the adhesive underneath, I also ended up adding a bead around the outside and smoothed it out, a bit like caulking something in the house; at least that way nothing gets underneath it either. Remember to wear gloves when using the adhesive.NOTE: Check the expiry date on the adhesive that comes with this. Mine was 6 months out of date. Amazon were kind enough to provide a small amount of promo credit to cover the cost of buying replacement adhesive after providing evidence of this.

Somewhat effective
Maybe my garage is inherently leaky, but despite having installed Stormguars I still find some water coming through. Don't get me wrong its 100 times better than before and I'm happy with the outcome. But I cant give 5 stars as it hasn't solved my rain water problem 100%
