Great noodle cutter!
This little cutter is awesome! It's so much better than the plastic cutters that I have broken. I just rolled out the noodles, let them dry a bit, and whizzed right through the dough. Clean, even cutting! Great "present" for me!

Nice for fettuccine!
This is a nice cutter if you do not have a pasta attachment for your mixer. My only issue is that you do have to bear down pretty hard and separate your noodles by hand. Overall it’s a great little pasta cutter.

Boo to the naysayers.
It’s great. Handle is not flimsy, it cuts uniformly, and does what it was designed to do.

Highly recommend
Absolutely love this. I have an vintage one that's slightly different. This is all one piece, cuts noodles really well.

It works, just not sharp and not heavy duty.
The product reflects its price. Cheaply made. Not very sharp. But does the job. Just not as good as my old one that was lost in moving.

Makes noodles pretty easily
So far I am happy with this product. I bought it because my gluten free homemade pasta was not able to hold together in a regular pasta roller machine. I needed something that would cut even noodles quickly because using a knife was taking too long. A little concerned about the durability of the plastic spacers between the cutting disks so I hand wash it.( hence the 3 stars, if I felt I could put it in the dishwasher without the disks melting it would have been 4 stars) Just need to make sure the pasta dough is thin enough to start with and it cuts easily and evenly. I haven’t had any dough clog up the disks so it has been relatively easy to clean using a little soap and the kitchen sink sprayer hose. If you don’t want fancy shapes it is really quick to make noodles. Roll out the dough on parchment paper, run the cutter over the dough, drop the noodles in boiling water and you have fresh pasta. Will upgrade to four stars if the durability holds up and the metal disks stay sharp after at least 6 months

Pasta cutting

I bought this with the intention that I was going to use before deciding to invest in a full size pasta maker seeing that I wasn't sure if I would continue to make my own pasta. I was able to use it once and the second time I tried, the blades were either dull or bent. It just wouldn't cut all the way. At the end of the day I did end up investing in a full size pasta maker as it was clear to me that I was going to continue to make my own pasta.
