Beautiful illustrations, easy reading, I love the rhythm of the book and the message. My toddler really loves it and because it’s a dinosaur it’s a firm favourite in our house. We have the whole series so when we read this one he insists on the other 2 also. Well worth buying 💕

Nice little read
Purchased for my stompy 5 year old son as thought it might help him to recognise his own “stompy-ness”. It worked. Read it once and he said “Mummy, it’s like me!!” Exactly what I hoped for and it generated a good conversation about the impact of him being moody.

Engaging and understanding thought provoking
This had a good story and got my kids attention. I felt like it showed a good way to deal with stompy emotions without making it seem like it was too teachy.

Bit hit with a 2yr old who has big emotions
This is such a sweet book, which really struck home with our toddler, who can be a bit of a stompysaurus themselves sometimes. Lovely bright illustrations and a nice message. Perfect for age 2+

I don’t know what it is with this book, but my 1.5 year old brings it (demands it to be read) He then sits quietly on my lap with a smile on his face until the end. Can highly recommend as it teaches him about big emotions and emotional regulation.
