Probably one of the healthiest drinks on the market!
I thought I I thought I would hate the stuff but it turns out not only is it delicious it's great for the digestive system and no I'm not talking about some commercial about activity at this stuff really does work taste delicious doesn't stink and well frankly it just feels right it's a bit more expensive than your Redbull but is 100% natural you know where everything comes from it taste great and frankly if I could find a case of it I would buy a case :)

Once you get the hang of how to cook -it tastes good
It's very difficult to get this right -even following directions. I finally realized I need to use more water than the recipe calls for but let it boil vigorously before adding the spice mixture and then once it's dissolved add the rest. Then, I cover it and reduce the heat so that it continues to boil a bit but then goes into a simmer for a long time (like plus/minus 18 minutes or until all the water was well absorbed). Then, add butter before you eat it.
