I received the battery and the tools necessary to change the battery on my Razer Blade 15 i7 RTX 2070 Max Q in Mercury Silver. I began to notice that I could not press down on my trackpad to click and was worried my battery may be swollen from suggestions online. I figured I would change the battery on my own since I know dealing with Razer customer service can be terrible and this is my work laptop. Once I opened my Razer Blade 15, sure enough my battery was very swollen. I removed the battery and installed this new one. Installation was difficult only due to the fact that the ribbon cable used for the battery pack was longer than the original one by a centimeter or so. This made it difficult because every time I tried to push the battery into the laptop frame the stiff ribbon cable would lift up and disconnect making me restart the whole process. After some careful fiddling I made everything fit together snuggly. The two side screw hole brackets for the battery are a millimeter off and do not line up with the frame but it’s fine since everything is snugly held in place with other screws. So far I am impressed and am glad I changed out my old ballooned battery before it caused damage. I will update this review if the charge on the battery degrades or anything else.
