I bought 2 of these lamps to go on end tables in my music room. I have a great professional piano light that for above my piano but needed table lamps to brighten the space up for when I’m playing trumpet, tuba, flute, etc. These shades allow for full light to get through (360 degrees) and look amazing on and off. Ignore the shadows from the 1st pic - those are caused by my landscaping and antique record player. I splurged on the shades and got matching black metal bases for $10 each at TJ Maxx. Quick 2 minutes for assembly and they look great!

Well designed and solid construction
These shades are very well engineered and constructed. But what is the purpose of lamp shades? One primary purpose is to hide the light source. These shades by design don’t do that very well, particularly when using LED bulbs. I’ve remedied this by installing translucent gels on the inside of the shades. You get the same effect of the pattern of the lamp shades, without staring through the tree facade at the light bulbs behind them. And with gels, you can chose just about any color you like.

A very sophisticated 👀
The shades are well made, they let light through, they fit in a lot of different decors, and the go with a lot of different lamp bases. We have used these shades with a variety of natural wood lamp bases and they look great.

BEAUTIFUL METAL LAMP SHADES.
Beautiful Metal Lamp Shades. They are painted GOLD on the inside and it looks slick. I run colour changing LED bulbs and they look AWESOME with these beautiful lamp shades. Expensive but worth it. I WOULD RECOMMEND THESE LAMP SHADES. VERY HIGH QUALITY.
